Qualifications

We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Customer Support Executive to manage customer interaction and ensure a smooth service experience. The Ideal candidate will be responsible for inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining high service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Customer Inquiries via phone, email and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer issues, complaints and escalation effectively
• Guide customers on using the platform and completing required actions
• Monitor and maintain listening quality standards, including identify and addressing spam or incorrect adds
• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales/IT/Finance etc) to resolve customer concerns
• Assist customers with account related issues including activations and access problems
• Maintain accurate records of customers interactions and update CRM systems
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved
• Support ongoing campaigns and customer communications in coordination with Marketing
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
• Report recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience

Requirements and Qualifications

• Diploma in Business administration, Marketing or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in customer support, call center or client servicing roles
• Strong communication skills (English)and interpersonal abilities
• Good problem solving skills and a customer focused mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office

About the Role

• Market Research and Data Collection : Gathering and organizing data from various sources, including property listings, physical inspection, Websites, market reports, and industry publications. They may be responsible for maintaining databases and ensuring data accuracy.
• Data Analysis : Using analytical tools and techniques (such as Excel, SPSS and E-Views) to analyze real estate market trends, pricing, demand-supply patterns, and other relevant metrics.
• Reporting and Presentation : Assisting in the preparation of research reports, visual presentations, and market insights that help both internal teams and external clients understand market trends.
• Monitoring Trends and Insights : Staying updated on changes in the property market, tourism industry, macroeconomic environment and other regulatory changes that could impact the industry.
• Support for Research : Assisting senior analysts or team leads with ongoing research.
