About the Role
As Assistant Manager - Marketing Operations & Growth, you will play a key leadership role within the marketing function, overseeing creative execution, driving social media growth, managing workflows, and supporting client marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Creative Direction
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team including Graphic Designers, Videographers, and Social Media Executives.
- Provide clear creative briefs, constructive feedback, and ongoing guidance to ensure high-quality output.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and drive fresh, innovative ideas for video, static, and interactive content.
- Content & Production Oversight
- Oversee the end-to-end content production process, ensuring all assets are on-brand, high-quality, and delivered on schedule.
- Proofread contents and support content writing where required.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freelancers, and production partners for content creation and outdoor activities.
- Social Media & Organic Growth
- Drive organic growth through strong storytelling and trend-responsive content.
- Guide designers and videographers to create engaging content aligned with platform trends and algorithms.
- Manage and grow engagement and followership across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), collectively reaching over 500K followers.
- Monitor platform performance, social trends, and algorithm changes to maximize reach and engagement.
- Brand Building & Campaigns
- Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and activities to strengthen brand awareness and visibility.
- Support the planning and execution of the company’s key events and brand initiatives.
- Marketing Operations & Workflow Efficiency
- Implement and manage project management tools to streamline communication, approvals, and asset delivery across teams.
- Ensure marketing operations run smoothly, deadlines are met, and workflows are continuously optimized.
- Client Campaign Management
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development/ sales team to align client proposals, campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring smooth handover and execution of marketing commitments.
- Act as a key point of contact, ensuring client expectations are met and campaigns are delivered effectively.
About You
- Experience & Expertise
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing operations or agency account management roles.
- Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing best practices.
- Previous experience managing marketing operations or working as an Account Manager in an agency environment is an advantage.
- Creative & Technical Skills
- A strong creative eye with the ability to “speak the language” of designers and videographers.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and analytics (engagement rates, reach, SEO).
- Proficiency in marketing and collaboration tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Slack/Asana/Trello, Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
- Expertise in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Veo3 and Nano Banana to generate content.
- Leadership & Operations
- Proven ability to lead creative teams, manage diverse personalities, and deliver under tight timelines.
- Strong project management and operational skills with a focus on efficiency and execution.
- Ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in client interactions and negotiations.
